Team photo, 2019 — the oldest one we have

This is the oldest team photo we still have: 2019, the whole crew packed into a single office room, tightly enough that the front row ended up cross-legged on the tiled floor because there simply wasn’t space.

JMP blue polos, in two shades. Rolling archive shelves along the right-hand wall, a lavender-field poster on the left — two things probably only we remember being there.

We keep it not because it’s a good photograph. Because it’s the earliest one left, and some of these faces are still the ones you’d meet if you visited the plant.
