Other vendors demand big MOQs because small runs are expensive at changeover. We take the other route: custom carton from 500 pcs, polybag from 100 kg (measured by weight, not by piece), samples and digital print even from 1 pc. New parts or small volumes still run.

Technology & process
Technology isn't decoration to us. Every machine has a reason — protecting the part all the way to the line, with a result that's consistent and auditable. We run every core process ourselves, under one roof in Tangerang.
Flexo runs up to 4 colours with a ceramic anilox + doctor blade for clean register and consistent colour at high volume. For small runs or dense designs, we print digital directly on corrugated — sharp branding with no plate cost.
Die-cut for custom shapes, slotting for RSC, and stitching for large boxes that must carry load. The result is packaging that fits your part — not a generic box forced to work.
In-house blown-film extrusion, 30–100 micron matched to part protection needs. For automated assembly lines, we support pre-opened roll bags that run on autobag machines — off the dependency on imported bags.
Our sample maker builds a proof from 1 pc before mass production. Quality is checked against measurable standards (e.g. box compression test) under an ISO 9001:2015 system — not just “looks good”.
