FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Quick answers on MOQ, custom work, Flex-Stock, and how to request a quote. Can't find your answer? Ask us directly on WhatsApp.
- What is the minimum order (MOQ) at JMP?
- MOQ starts from 500 pcs, depending on the packaging type and spec. New parts or small volumes are still workable — contact us to confirm per product.
- Is all packaging made to order?
- Yes. Size, flute, thickness, and print follow your part spec, not an off-the-shelf catalog. We start from zero based on your details or a sample part.
- What is the Flex-Stock (VMI) program?
- Flex-Stock is a vendor-managed inventory service: we produce your packaging up front, hold buffer stock in our warehouse, and ship per call-off against your production schedule — so your warehouse stays clear and your line never waits.
- Can one vendor supply both carton boxes and polybags?
- Yes. Both lines run under one roof and one QC standard, on a single delivery schedule — no juggling two suppliers who blame each other when something goes wrong.
- How do I request a quote?
- Send a photo or drawing of the part and your rough monthly volume via WhatsApp. No technical drawing yet? No problem — we help define the right spec and then price it.
- Is JMP certified?
- Yes, JMP is ISO 9001:2015 certified (quality management) — documentation you can use for supply-chain audits. ISO 14001 (environmental management) certification is currently in progress.
