Every August, the production floor changes jobs for a day. On Saturday, 19 August 2023, the cartons slid aside and the warehouse became a games arena — the whole team, from operators to the office, celebrating Indonesia’s 78th Independence Day together.
Balloons blown up one by one, team games that filled the warehouse with noise, and the losers laughing anyway. It closed with a group photo: one crew, red and white, in the same place we work every day. The team that pulls together at the games is the same team that keeps your order moving.
