Family Gathering 2023
JMP's first family gathering — the team brought their families to The Nice Funtastic Park, Cianjur. Team building, a shared meal, and free play with no rank in the way.
On 16 December 2023, for the first time, JMP took employees and their families out together — a family gathering at The Nice Funtastic Park, Cianjur. Not an ordinary office event: spouses, kids, everyone came, with no rank or title in the way.
The day was filled with team building — charades by gesture and a word-relay, short but enough to force a team to click. Then a shared meal, and free time: the kids saw the donkeys and rabbits, parents tried the rides, everyone chatted freely.
For a lot of us, it was the first time family met our “work friends” in person. A group photo at the end, sandals lined up at the edge of the lawn — the rest is a story carried home. Here’s to doing it again next year.
