We extrude and print PE/PP polybags in-house in Tangerang, 30–100 microns to the part's protection needs. For automatic assembly lines, we make pre-opened roll bags that run straight on autobag machines.
What makes the right polybag
A polybag isn't just plastic cut to the part's size. Protection comes down to three things: thickness (microns), material, and shape. Because we extrude in-house, the thickness follows your part, not whatever roll stock happens to be around.

PE or PP
PE flexible and tear-resistant; PP clearer and stiffer. We help pick to the part and how you pack.
Custom print
Part name, barcode, or line marker — so the wrong bag gets pulled less often in the warehouse.
Extruded in-house
Thickness follows the part, not the stock.
Because we blow the film ourselves, the micron is tuned to your part's weight and edges — no tearing before the line, no paying for excess thickness.

Pre-opened roll bags for autobag lines
If your line runs an autobag machine, ordinary bags slow it down — an operator has to open each one. Pre-opened roll bags arrive already opened and wound on a roll, running straight on the machine. This is what often ties a factory to imported bags; we make them locally, so you aren't held hostage by import lead times and exchange rates.

One vendor for carton and polybag
Most suppliers do only one. We make both under one roof — one QC standard, one delivery schedule. For an automotive component supplier, it means the carton box and the polybag for the same part don't come from two sources blaming each other. Quality audited to ISO 9001:2015, polybag MOQ 100–200 kg depending on bag size.
