We produce pre-opened LDPE plastic roll bags — bags that come already opened and connected on a roll, made specifically for autobag machines on automated assembly lines. Each bag is custom-made to your machine and part spec. JMP is among the few packaging makers in Indonesia with this machine and capability — for lines that need fast automatic bagging without an operator opening each bag by hand.
PE or PP — which fits?
PE Polyethylene
More flexible and tear-resistant, from opaque to clear. The common choice for parts that need a flexible wrap, light impact protection, and the base for pre-opened roll bags.
PP Polypropylene
Clearer and stiffer, with a sharper print surface and better moisture resistance. Used when a part needs a clear look or a bag that holds its shape.
It's not which is better — PE wins on flexibility and cost, PP wins on clarity and stiffness. Send us the part and we'll recommend the fit for your application.

Custom pre-opened LDPE poly bags on a roll for autobag machines: mouths already open, perforated to your machine's pitch. Made locally in Tangerang, Indonesia.
PE flat bags (bottom-seal & side-seal) →
Plain PE flat bags for wrapping parts: bottom-seal or side-seal, 30–120 µm, 5–100 cm wide. Made to your part rather than to a stock size, MOQ counted by weight.
Polybag MOQ is measured by weight, not by piece. Unprinted is typically 300 kg, and can come down to 100 kg when the spec is one we run commonly. Printed is around 200 kg for a regular design — the cylinder cost is quoted separately. Need the right thickness spec? Send part details — we'll recommend the right material and micron.
