Pre-opened LDPE roll bags for autobag machines.
We produce pre-opened LDPE plastic roll bags — bags that come already opened and connected on a roll, made specifically for autobag machines on automated assembly lines. Each bag is custom-made to your machine and part spec. JMP is among the few packaging makers in Indonesia with this machine and capability — for lines that need fast automatic bagging without an operator opening each bag by hand.

Material
PE or PP to suit the part — different clarity, strength, and resistance.
Thickness
Typically 30–100 µm (0.03–0.10 mm), matched to part weight and sharpness — heavier or sharper means thicker.
Form
Standard bags, pre-opened roll bags for assembly lines, and print options for identification.
PE or PP — which fits?
PE Polyethylene
More flexible and tear-resistant, from opaque to clear. The common choice for parts that need a flexible wrap, light impact protection, and the base for pre-opened roll bags.
PP Polypropylene
Clearer and stiffer, with a sharper print surface and better moisture resistance. Used when a part needs a clear look or a bag that holds its shape.
It's not which is better — PE wins on flexibility and cost, PP wins on clarity and stiffness. Send us the part and we'll recommend the fit for your application.
